Crossroads Community Hospital Names CEO
Crossroads Community Hospital has named William “Will” Davis as the hospital’s new chief executive officer. Will has been serving as interim hospital CEO since April.
“Will brings a demonstrated commitment to process improvement and better consumer experiences,” said Tony Wielt, Board Chair. “We are confident that with Will, Crossroads will have strong leadership to support our continued growth and services to Jefferson County.”
Will has been recognized in the region for giving back through civic organizations, such as serving on the Southeast State University Advisory Board and as president of the Marion, IL Kiwanis Club. In 2021, the Southern Illinois Business Journal named Will among its annual list of “20 Under 40 Leaders” for making a difference as a young leader in the region, serving as Associate CEO of Heartland Regional Medical Center for two years.
“I look forward to getting to know and working with the medical staff, employees and board, and becoming an active member of the community,” said Will Davis, CEO of Crossroads Community Hospital. “From what I’ve seen already, this is a wonderful community, and I look forward to what we will accomplish together.”
